Patients are required to see their doctor directly for results. Reception staff are not permitted to give results to a patient over the telephone.
Repeat prescriptions and referrals provided without an consultation for all patients (pensioners & social security card holders ) will now be charged a small fee of $5.00 for scripts and $10.00 for referrals. But at times the GP cannot always be provide repeat scripts and referrals without review of the patient’s condition.
As part of our commitment to preventative care we may issue you with recall/reminder letters or SMS. Please inform us if you wish to decline this service.
Please advise the receptionist if you have received a letter from your doctor or nurse and the contents of the letter. They will then allocate an appropriate appointment.

We are now offering two programs designed to reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
A five session program run over three months. Fully funded by Diabetes Victoria and facilitated by an accredited diabetes educator, dietitian and exercise physiologist.

Session 3: Physical activity and looking after yourself
Session 4: Keeping positive
Session 5 (after a three month break): Reflection

Education, support and self-management strategies for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes. Funded by Medicare and facilitated by an accredited diabetes educator and dietitian.

Session 4: Healthy eating part 2: shopping, cooking and reading food labels
Ask your GP to refer you to a dietitian or diabetes educator for Group Allied Health Services.

Patients who do not speak English are encouraged to request access to a telephone interpreter service during the consultation.
We operate a computer base medical record system. Please advise the reception staff should any of your personal details, address, phone number or circumstances change. Your Medicare Card, Health Care Card/Pension Card and Veterans Card must be valid and up to date.
